Welcome to Extreme Edge Indoor Climbing Wall, Hamilton, New Zealand also featuring a brand new ClimbZone.
We are the largest indoor rock climbing facility in the Waikato and we have heaps of great quality climbs suitable for beginners through to advanced lead climbers. Our regular climbers range from 3-55 years old!
Climbing is a fun, safe sport for people of any age and fitness level. You do not need to be a great athlete to have a great time and we can provide all the gear you need.

The Climbzone is aimed at younger people but will be open to people of all ages. The climbzone is bright and colouful - perfect for birthday parties, class trips and family outings.
The Climbzone also features automatic belay systems so mum and dad can have a coffee (or a climb!) while kids climb safely. Supervision is still required for those under 14 years and belayers are still required in the Extreme Edge (the older walls).

SPORTCLIMBING REGIONAL SERIES '10
Central North Island Region:
The regional series is on the way again - get training now for some seriously fun competition days! This year there are 5 rounds: Hamilton, Rotorua, Taupo, Mt Maunganui, and Turangi walls will all host a comp with age groups under12, u14, u16, u18, open and masters for both men and women.
The regional competitions are about fun and participation rather than results, so come along and have a go. Dates for the events are as follows:
Sunday 28 February - The Wall, Rotorua
Sunday 14 March - The Rockhouse, Mount Maunganui
Sunday 28 March - Vertical Assault, Turangi
Saturday 24 April - Extreme Edge, Hamilton
Saturday 8 May - Taupo Event Centre, Taupo
